Very odd interview where I hardly was asked about my job history. 95 percent was about what they do. In a meeting with the Sales Director on Friday I was offered a job and the salary they can afford. Then I was ghosted for a week when I tried to discuss option of working from home at least once a week. Zero answer. In the end I have learnt that they gave a job to somebody else and my job offer was only ..." informal". Very unprofessional conduct. I have never ever experienced such thing with any company.
