One of the worst interview process. As a senior experienced professional applying for a leadership role, the treatment given was that of a campus hire. Insisted on a physical interview process even in times of Covid -19 across 2 days for 8 hrs. In that duration, never got to meet the hiring manager or anyone from the organisation. Only happened to meet a consultant. Then I was told that they were looking for a person with a NA region background, so I would be called later after an internal discussion. The chapter closed for me, as I did not want to engage with a company who does not have time to read a resume and shortlist for interview, but believes in wasting time and effort of people.
