I applied online and a few days later the account manager called to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was quick and at the end of it she scheduled for me to come in for a face to face interview. That interview included herself and another manager. We talked for an hour mostly behavioral questions and like 4 accounting questions afterwards there was an hour long test that was not hard at all but not impossible to answer all the questions in the slotted time but the manager assured me that it was okay. Afterwards she made me sign background check and gave me paperwork to go take a drug test (didn't see that coming). I left praying I got it.
