Had to complete a written question before initial screening. The question centred on time management and how I would manage multiple stakeholder preasures whilst completing group projects. I was then invited to a skype interview with two interns and got asked a mixture of competency and technical questions. Including questions on heat exchangers and pumps. I had to design a simple processing system, where they just tested my ability to apply what I knew.
