Applied online, where I was selected to go through for a video interview. I never ended up doing it and I got a phone call asking to interview me over the phone which I did on the following day., And was asked to find an interesting fact about vodafone. Lady on the phone was very friendly and told me o had passed after as I seemed confident despite lacking enthusiasm for technology. I interviewed at the store a week later,and the store manager was polite and friendly and made you feel at ease. the process involved a presentation, role play and finally 1-1 competency based questions (all a bit much for a store role if you ask me). I was contacted a few days after my interview with feedback by phone but missed the call. Rang back to no answer and never heard from them again!

After that, there was a face-to-face interview with HR and the team leader. They asked about my previous experience in customer service and tested how I handle difficult customers. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the discussion.
