Phone screening with HR. Virtual interview with hiring manager the day after. Second interview presenting a case to hiring manager and peer. 4 days after HR call to share good feedback and that I was onto the last interview but it has to be scheduled once the person comes back from leave. 3 weeks ghosting me. After chasing they say that the presentation was not good enough and they can’t progress application. Really? Please be respectful and mindful with candidates. Be honest and please, don’t ghost people, it is not respectful.
