Long interview process - HR round followed by audio interview with VP, followed by tech assessments through exercises. Poor communication towards the end of the process. There was no response for a week after the last interview round and then an abrupt rejection.

First round behavioral interview with recruiter. No pleasantries or background on the company at all - just dove straight into questions on my resume then couldn't answer role specific questions that I had.
