I spoke to the manager & he let me know that the store held interviews on Tuesdays from 9a-12p. So the following Tuesday I showed up to the interview & there were about 3 other people for the same interview.

Describe an experience where you went out of your way to help others?
It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.
