Very drawn out and lengthy process, you have to submit a video of yourself in a scenario as well as create a presentation to be given to them while also undergoing three interviews. The presentation part requires you to go to London, and they tell you to bring all the cables, etc required to set up with their projector in their office, but in reality when you get there, no one knows you're meant to be there, no office is booked, and you end up awkwardly perched on a chair in the middle of an open plan office. You are told you have the job and feel great about yourself, only to get an email stating they cannot offer you an interview. Oh, and don't bother trying to clarify with you. They'll just ghost you.
