They took a Writing Test, followed by two rounds of interview. Tey selected only girls and didn't hire any male candidates despite their good performance in interviews if they're only looking for female candidates they should inform it before and not waste time of people

In 3 rounds:
1st round as Assignment, you have to complete the given assignment in speculated time and then submit it. Then, if it is up to standard they will call you for 2nd and 3rd through video conferencing.
