Interview was both in written and viva. Basically it was on rule and management efficiency and also depth in English both in writing skill and spoken ability.It was discussed in the interview regarding my capacity to Handel the students and also the rules for running the school smoothly. it was also discussed how to manage several problem that may arise in the school. how to inspire the students in learning, how to trackel the employees problem and also to maintain the school account.
