Applied for position online and revived a screening phone call a couple of days later. Scheduled a phone interview a week later. Phone interview contained mostly behavioral questions and covered job history. Second interview was face to face with manager. After interview, was told I would be contacted in a week to do next steps. Never heard from manager, even after polite follow up. More than a month has passed since interview. No calls or emails were returned.
