I had 2 phone interviews, the first with their recruiter and then with their HR Director. I was asked to come in for an onsite interview and thought it went well. I was told they would be in contact the first of the following week to set up another interview and was ghosted. I reached out on Wednesday and never heard back not a call, email or letter saying they had to decided to move on.
