Interview was decently planned. The program is really broad in what skills are needed and so questions were more behavioral than technical. They really don't expect much insurance knowledge. Interviewers were personable and enthusiastic, plus or minus one interviewer. Interviewers were from all different departments. It consisted of 4 back to back one-on-one interviews and ended with a group case study with others who were also interviewing. Like most, the idea was to see how you work with others rather than the actual result of your study. Note: they did NOT receive your resume beforehand. The company is professional and the office is ok. Recruiter could have been better, and thus heavily affected my view of and experience with the company. She was nice, but it seemed she was more interested in filling her quota rather than my actual interests in the company. A bit of shame as I was initially very excited at the opportunity to work with WTW after working with their product at a former internship. Process: online interview that is timed with essay questions. Received in-person interview a few weeks after. They give no compensation for your fees to get there (will be on a Friday).
