I applied online, spoke to a recruiter who said my CV would be put in front of the hiring manager. Apparently the hiring manager couldn't read my CV with only a month to do it. At that point I withdrew my application.

Do you mind being messed around because we're a bit incompetent?
One way online interview, given approximately 30 seconds to decide on your answers, and then speak for a couple of minutes. Very quick turn around. Applied online and had to pass standard mathematical tests etc prior to the interview.
