The interview process was smooth but the lack of communication post interview was absolutely ridiculous. I interviewed for the final stage almost a month ago now and I still have not heard back regarding the outcome despite multiple chasing emails. I would have previously loved to have worked at WTW for this specific role however the fact that they were unable to even provide a timeline as to when I would hear back about the outcome and then to ignore my emails is unacceptable for a large company like this.

What experience do you have with reinsurance?
Easy and very user friendly. More of behavioural questions than technical questions. The online assessment was game based and with few basic questions that are to be video recorded. Staying calm and honest will help get through the assessment.
