The interviewing process started off with an email to schedule a phone interview and an in-person interview. I had a phone interview with a member of HR, Christine Ruzek. It lasted about 30 minutes, she was very sweet, and after asking me a couple of questions, she provided me with some tips for my in-person interview that was scheduled for the next day with the legal team. I really appreciated her advice on what to expect and how to prepare- it seemed very welcoming and it helped alleviate my nervousness. When I arrived for my in-person interview, I was greeted at the front desk, and directed to go up to HR where Christine Ruzek was waiting for me (smiles and hellos from everyone- very welcoming!). I was offered a beverage and was escorted into a conference room where Christine Ruzek took some time to chat with me before my interview. I really felt so welcomed and comfortable, which helped in my interview. I met with one of the attorneys for my interview, which lasted about 30 minutes- it was very conversational and it seemed like she took the time to look at my resume, and knew my background, but wanted to get to know me. I received an offer the same day which was very exciting, and I responded the next day. Christine Ruzek was very transparent and helpful through the hiring process, making sure I was aware of the background check process, and start dates. She was very responsive to all of my emails and it was really a pleasure to go through the interviewing process with her. She genuinely cared about my success as a candidate. This experience was unlike any other interview process I have been through- I really felt welcomed, and valued as a candidate.
