They asked me to answer 7 questions as a preliminary round to an interview after I applied. No matter how many times I followed up, they refused to give me any feedback or update on the status of the position or my candidacy. After taking the time to write out 7 thoughtful responses to their questions, they treated me like I never even existed despite them reaching out and asking me to answer those questions. They just ignored any attempt I made to get any update. I feel it's pretty disrespectful to treat a candidate this way. All it takes is a few seconds to type you moved on.
