Team leader was approachable and easy going, led the interview very comfortably. Asked generic questions but didn't push for generic or esoteric answers. Failry casual and conversational in tone, which was great as it eased any nerves I had. Allowed time to think before responding, too.

Online application and assessment. If successful, group assessment and individual interview. Offer made if successful. Was very relaxed with question asked about both your work experience and general interests. Practice situational judgement questions as these are likely to be asked
video interview on the computer with manager of the night team, asking general questions about myself, how i work in a team, have i worked night shifts before, previous experience, what am I looking for, why I think im right for the job.

Two friendly interviewers, relatively casual atmosphere, they ran through the interview first and asked some unscored questions to warm me up, five scored questions were asked, I enjoyed the experience
