I filled out an application and turned it in to the store. I got a call the next day to come in for an interview. I sat down with an assistant manager for an interview. She asked me several questions and got to know me a little bit to see if I would be a good fit. I was working on a register within a week.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
