Scheduled the first phone interview and the interview did not show up. I called their help desk the shared a link to reschedule (40 mins after the time of interview). The interviewer did not show up yet again for the second phone interview. Very unprofessional, why send out interview links if you are not going to show up.

The interview process took almost 4 months. I did a phone screening and did not hear back until a month later when I was scheduled for a first round interview with the the team lead. After that, the process was smooth and I interviewed with the team during the second round, and met with the team lead again for the "final round". I thought things were going well and was expecting a response in a reasonable time period. They got back to me almost 4 week later... asking for me to do another final round interview with a completely new hiring manager. It has been another 4 weeks since this interview was completed and I have not received any notice about the status of my application. Not a good feeling to be led on like this.
