Most of the separate interviews consisted of walking through my academic and professional working history, discussing various technical and organizational aspects of each position, what I learned through each role, and how the experiences from each might be relevant to the different challenges that are part of the new role. The overall interview and onboarding process was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable interview processes that I have experienced across a range of different industries and company sizes (startups, partnerships, mid-sized companies, Fortune 50).
