I start with research. Doing a Heuristic Evaluation, sending usability surveys, interviewing users, identifying key pain points and analyzing the data. Then I map out user journeys and create wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders and developers along the way. Then I test with users, gather feedback, and refine the design before handing it off to developers. Post-launch, I monitor metrics to ensure the design is delivering results we want and iterate as needed.
