Iinterview process is good but not like professional it take too much time for every round and after technical and manager round tell me we will give u feedback tomorrow and call again and say please come tomorrow for director round ..and before director round again tell me there is one more technical round.. after clear all technical round include written test and manager round and director again tell me will we give u feedback tomorrow.. still i am waiting for call but no call no mail..i don't know which type of candidate required. I think when you want 35 to 40% hike it will not hire you..
