Had to take a test which I've later seen that other reviewers mention as well: do some basic excel functions, correct some grammar mistakes from a couple of paragraphs... and a test that required you to go on several banks' websites and gather some information from there, interest rates, mortgages and whatnot - stuff that I'm not familiar with since I'm not from the US. No actual questions related to the position I applied for.
