The recruited (External - some consultant) asked for the 1st round to be conducted with the Hiring Manager (HM). In the 1st round (scheduled for 30 minutes) he asked me brief about myself, when I spoke about myself for an 2-3 minute, he seems not interested and set me a pause, and started asking me about optimisation in a store. No questions on Data Science, Machine Learning, what problem I have solved, what are the challenges and how did i get it solve, nothing. Not sure, what the interview is and what's the expectation. I got an email after few hours, my candidature is not selected, when I called the recruiter for a specific reason, no response, neither picks up my call. Also did send an InEmail to the HM, no response. Seems, the HM is looking for a specific person (God knows what he is looking for), but for sure, its a waste of time for me (not sure about the Walmart folks)
