There were 2 rounds of in-person panel interviews. The first interview involved the CXO, manager, and two designers, and the final interview lasted about 1.5 hours with higher-ups, including the CEO. I received the offer in less than a week after the second interview, which really impressed me with their efficiency. The first interview is to get to know you and your experience, the second one is more focus on real scenarios and problem solving. Overall, it was a great experience.
