Standard interview process over teams for a role at the Chippenham, UK site. Felt as though the company cared more about the processes my previous employer held rather than what I could bring to the table. I’m certain this interview was a way for them to dig into my previous company due to their staff leaving for them. I chased for feedback multiple times even though it was clear I was unsuccessful from their radio silence. Hugely frustrating that they can’t even be bothered to reply to emails or offer a feedback after I gave my time to attend the interview. Says a huge amount about the culture and attitude of the company.
