The interview was a quick phone interview, the only pending issue was negotiation of compensation. I spoke to the who I believed was head of the human resources department who specified what they were looking for in their employees and whether or not I was flexible with performing different tasks other than what my job description stated in order to satisfy temporary job requirements depending on the season.
