The in house recruiter reached out to me through linkedin. After I responded we had a very good phone screen. The next step was a phone screen with the lead of the department. Than an online programming test. Than a on site interview with some white boarding problems. The interviews were 2 on 1 and took about half a day. From the start the process was very professional and was one of the better experiences that I have had interviewing. The recruiter and the team did a great job selling Wayfair as a company and the role I was applying for. So far Wayfair has been a great place to work.
