Initially contacted by internal recruiter on LinkedIn, set up a 1:1 to talk about myself and opportunities at Wayfair followed by an hour long technical phone interview with a technical lead on one of their teams using codility. This would've been a positive experience had they been more forward about next steps and how they placed engineers in specifics teams and roles. Perhaps those actively applying for a specific position have a different experience.
