I'll leave this review now - before I hear back from Wayfair with a decision, as I do not want my review to be biased. I'll start with the negatives - my recruiter's communication wasn't the best. I never got sent the google links for the 2nd stage of the interviews. Due to this I had to follow up with the recruiter hours before the interview, and they were off on holiday. Luckily they had an out of office email reply, which told me to contact their colleague in a case of emergency, so I had emailed their colleague who quickly sorted it out for me. Now that the negative is over with - time for the positives: I cannot remember the first stage very well, so I'll ignore that, but for the 2nd stage it comprised of 2 x 45 minute interviews. Both of these interviews were done very well. The interviewers were very professional, understanding and friendly. We had a few laughs in-between the questions, discussing mine and their personal life etc, and I generally just got a great vibe from the whole experience. Another thing I'll add, is that during my 2nd interview, I had mentioned I had family living in Germany (as my interviewer was German), and she let me know that if I were accepted, there was ways of training to become part of the German sales force and moving to Germany. I think this shows she was genuinely interested in the people she was interviewing, and wanted what was best for them. All in all, regardless of whether I get accepted or not, I would highly recommend anyone to apply for Wayfair. I can definitely say the interview process was one of, if not the very best, I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
