First round interview, 30 minute behavioral interview (phone call). Standard "tell me about a time" questions and why Wayfair questions. Interviewer was very nice, had an overall positive experience. Next round would be a case interview.

They give you a case and you need to say how you would solve it. You can ask questions and they give you through it. It is usually a problem they already encountered
