Connected with recruiter and then had a interview with the VP. I thought the interview went well, but I never heard back. I think I just wasn't who they were looking for.

A recruiter reached out to me via public channels to express interest in me as a candidate. After a phone call discussing my qualifications, background, resume, and the job itself, I was told I would be reached out to for next steps. Waystar never followed up despite myself reaching out to the recruiter via those same channels.
