I went through at least 5 interviews with this company that took just over 3 weeks. Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed like they would be excellent to work with. I have a background that seemed to be a near perfect fit for the role. After the final interview I waited 5 days to hear any feedback and finally received an automated email saying they were not moving forward with my application. I thought that was unprofessional given the hours I had spent meeting the team and emailing with HR, but i tried not to take it personally. I asked for clarity from the HR representative and feedback on why I was not selected. I never received a response. The job was reposted within the week. I checked again and it was reposted a third time (that I know of). I don’t know if this is a ghost job, but it definitely seems that way.
