Be mindful of when they do the talk-off, they say "say whatever you want" and "not to use company policy as an 'excuse'" which is wild considered how serious FDCPA and CFPB is. I didn't get an offer and happy I didn't. For the talk-off, they will be overly aggressive and continue talking over you akin to someone who isn't paying behaves when they're going to spend the bill money on other purchases, basically like a phone bully, which you cannot be weak with (let them control convo) or they'll never pay. After you check the interview (in context of the roleplay), they calm down and start talking semi-normal but still outlandish from a normal paying situation.
