Two phase interview. One was behavioral based, the other focused on knowledge and experience. Some of the questions seemed a little far fetched, as I recall, but that is common for this type of interview. There was a heavy focus on safety and quality of work, following procedures, etc. throughout the interview process. At the conclusion, there was a drug test and I had to show them my driver's abstract to prove clean driving record.
