Thank you for your interview review. The standard process is to undertake Skype interviews initially - that's to make sure that neither side is wasting the time of the other. Then the qualifying candidates - ie those that most closely match the profile of person we're seeking, are invited to York for face-to -face discussions. Glad you had a positive experience and sorry it didn't work out this time.
