Entrevista
The HR recruiter was snarky and somewhat condescending. Those I spoke with seemed incapable of understanding/comprehending my experience as both a business professional and communcations professional. The people doing the hiring at agencies are either too young of have no experience in the field. I had the best interview with the New York office--but the recruiter had a Ph.D in organizational psych and totally saw my value as a strategic hire. I'm convinced that most agencies are full of hacks.

Long process with multiple interviews. Very nice people but asked the same questions. Probably would have made more sense for them to all be in one interview after being vetted by the recruiting team.
Screening interview went seemingly well, and the interviewer said I’d be recommended to the hiring manager. Ghosted after. Was disappointed in the lack of follow through and courtesy to let me know I hadn’t been selected.

Entrevista
Extensive interview process with little to no feedback during the process and no response or follow up afterwards. I interviewed with at least five team members which went quite well but I never received any final feedback or even a message from HR at the end of the process. Very unprofessional.
