The interview was typical. I had a breif phone interview first (pre-screen) then got invited back for an in person at the location in Lititz. I showed up in the lobby and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. (I was early but this almost made me late) The girl at the desk called the person I was to interview with and they came and got me. We did a walk through the entire building; I saw where they have the break area (which was really nice), there's a fitness center, the kitchen area where they conduct all their demos and etc. After the walk; about 10 minutes we went into another room where a younger man was and introduced him self (I can't remember either name) but both were very nice. The interview was the standard questions and at the end they invited me to ask any questions. Which I did ask a couple about the training process. The three of us and some friendly conversation back and forth as well. I felt like I had nailed the interview! Then as I was getting up to leave the guy said "oh yea I have one more question to ask you... I can't believe I forgot this" So I sat back down (thinking maybe they would just offer me the job on the spot) he said "If I gave you an elephant, what would you do with it?" I was soooo confused. I must've looked like a dear in headlights... I kind of laughed and said "I'm sorry?" And he repeated the question.... I don't even remember my response but after I answered he said they would be in touch. I was so bummed out that I just spent over an hour interviewing and they were going to base all my qualifications over this one stupid question! A lot of other reviews seem very easy going so idk maybe this jerk of a guy isn't there anymore. I was over qualified for this position and would've loved to work there; but I really racked my brain trying to figure out why such an assanine questions was asked. People have said to see how you react or how you deal with pressure; which I can do great. Obviously I never got a call back and I honestly think it was due to that question and how I answered it.
