Multiple phone and face to face interviews between hiring manager and supervisors. Also they have you talk to a number of your peers which was an interested change to the standard interview process.

Simple and good. However, I felt the process was not managed transparently and concurrently. Felt a lack of communication with HR and specific teams. First, they forgot I already had the first round of the interview.
