Multi-level interview process with various engineering groups. Individual and panel interviews included. Common sense, timed engineering test administered by the Engineering Manager. Be prepared to be challenged by engineers with various problem solving questions and questioned from all angles.

There is a 45 minute basic engineering fundamentals test that does play a part in getting hired. Otherwise although it was a full day, it was more of meeting people to see if there was a fit. Pretty easy process. Just review your basics!
