First I received a phone screen. Then I met with the Director of Therapy and the Lead Coordinator for a face-to-face interview. At the interview, 2-3 hours of shadowing is scheduled. After the shadow visits, a followup meeting is scheduled to discuss my experience in the field and determine if it is a good fit for me.
