You meet with quite a few people during the interview process I think I met with 7 or more and that is on the low end for WMC but the position was more junior... No unusual questions but it seemed as though they definitely wanted to make sure I was a cultural fit and could articulate my past experience well.

Multiple rounds with various team members, manager and head. Overall more situational types of questions asked to understand what you are looking for and really to determine good fit. Some pretty standard questions

Interviewers seemed very thoughtful and intellectual, and they spoke very highly of the firm. I only made it through a couple of rounds, but heard the process would be extensive if I continued on (6+ months long).
