Entrevista
I like the idea of a secure environment; however, I did not appreciate the final hiring decisions being left up to peer coworkers and not management. The hiring director was very impressed with my background, skill set and experience. The two managers also seemed to be pleased with the experience I was bringing to the department.
The other foot dropped when I was informed that I had one more interview, with three additional administrative staff members. So to sum it all up, I interviewed with five (5) people and was tested for about 45 minutes in the same day. Two weeks later, I found out that the administrative staff didn't feel I was a good fit for the team. Needless to say, I was little disappointed about the entire process.
My take away from that experience was, perhaps that was not the job for me.

Interview process was awesome compared to other workplaces. Three stages with the people I work with on a daily basis, general background overview, skill set, personality fit etc. It was sufficient for the role and everyone on my team is great.

Behavioral Interview with recruiter that asked basic STAR type questions. Then panel interview that went over resume and past experience + behvioral questions asked. Overall, interview process was very smooth and everyone seemed very friendly.

Screening with HR; met with hiring manager. Sometimes I think an additional leader interview would be required, depending on the role. The HR interview was held remotely and was very basic.
