Phone interview with different people during seperatr calls, no camera or having to go in office. Fairly standard process and they were quick to make an offer which can sometimes be scary as they were doing a mass hiring.

Was hired through a staffing agency. Completed a phone screen and was hired as a contractor. Hired full time 6 months later as a full time employee with an increase in pay.

The process is ethical but taking too long to update the status in the HCM portal. I attended for two rounds of interviews.
