Very extensive. They ask questions about your past work experience. I had a cheat sheet ready with answers because it was a phone interview for me both times. I think they're back to in-person interviews now.

Initial phone screen with 2-3 mandatory questions (STAR interview type) and basic questions about job role and acceptance critiera. 2nd round of 1 hour with 5-6 STAR type situational questions focused on customer service, problem solving, product selling.
