      Candidatura

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Welltok (Madison, WI) em out. de 2017

      Entrevista

The process started Oct 4th and ended Jan 12th. The entire process was long and drawn out. There would be a week or 2 between communication. I would follow up and then things got scheduled. I was told I was going to speak with 2 specific people, but they didn't seem to have the time. I spoke with 3 people over the phone and all 3 gave me very different descriptions of the position concerning the traveling requirements. I then had to meet 3 people for lunch (3+ hour drive). Two of these people were the ones I was going to speak with right away and 1 was the original one I spoke with. 2 of the people were late..not a big deal to me. I was given a training document and reports to analyze and was told I needed to tell them about the reports and what I'd tell the client to report to their leadership team. I was given 1 day with these 3 reports. Lunch was going well, joking and talking and then I had to give my report. I started with telling them it was hard to know what to tell the client and I don't know what is important to the specific client, but I'd tell them positive points on the reports. I pointed out a few positives, but then had questions on other pieces of the report. Everything thing I asked about I would get answers like ' oh, that variable shouldn't have been in there' or 'you can just skip over that part' and few times they couldn't answer. I asked about a campaign that had 3 parts, if you didn't react with 1, you got 2, and if not 2, you got 3..however their 2 part had more customers than the 1st..they couldn't answer as to why. So basically I failed this test, however I don't believe they'd pass either. I believe the higher ranked at the table created them, but another passed it on to me. I mean there was a revenue report with no revenue. We then talked a little more and I was asked what one specific coworker said to my question "what is the best part about working here" he answered with "the remote work, it allows for a great work/life balance). I also wanted to note that the higher ranked person got out her laptop and started working, she didn't even pay attention to what I was saying about the reports. At that point I knew it was over, yet they kept saying things like "We will take the training with you" "You will be traveling 2x a week" "You are going to love the team" So I had a tiny bit of hope. When I got my email that said I didn't get the job, I asked why so I could improve myself if ever there was another opening. I was told it was because my report analysis was weak (it was) and I was given a tip " when asked why you want to work here, don't say it's because you want to work from home" Um..I never ever said that. If they had asked me for my top 100 reasons as to why I wanted to work there, working from home would not make the list. So they took what their coworker said as what I was saying...fantastic. I guess it's all for a reason. I did find out my husband's company that he works for uses Tea Leaves, which made it even more interesting.
