I had 5 interviews over the course of two months. Each interview was similar, with situational questions being asked. I was told when they would be making a decision, and didn't hear anything. I emailed three people for a follow-up, and got a rejection email a few days later. It's disheartening to go through 5 interviews and not receive an offer - if you aren't in love with a candidate by the second interview, don't waste anyone's time.
