I said that I had a lot of experience working with colleagues on projects, and liked team efforts to improve department success. I also teased them a bit by saying You want me to teach 4 classes AND improve the department! They laughed. They were all about my age and I felt comfortable with the interview in French and in my ability to teach what they needed, I was very anxious to get the job.
